Executive Committee

Our Executive Committee is composed of 7 members. It embodies the values of our group and provides decision-making functions on the operational management of the group's clinics, coordinates project management and contributes to the development and implementation of the overall strategy.



Alain FLÜCKIGER

General director - CEO

Alain Flückiger worked for several years at Serono and Suisse Assurances. He was a member of the Executive Committee of Vaudoise Assurances for 10 years, then CFO and Vice-CEO Head of the "Finance and Service" department of Intras Assurances SA for 5 years, following the takeover of Intras by CSS, and became a member of the Group's General Management for 8 years.

His extensive experience in the specific fields of insurance and health care enabled him to become a member of the boards of directors of many important companies in Switzerland, such as Médidata SA, SSS SA, Sasis SA, SVK SA, Tarifsuisse SA and a member of the strategic committee of Forum Managed Care. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Medidata SA and Hotela Assurances SA as well as a member of the Conseil du Foyer and Bénévolat Vaud.

He joins our group as CEO in 2017.




Nicole FAVEZ

Human Resources Director - CHRO

Nicole Favez has a commercial and accounting background and worked for the Multifiduciaire SA group for 5 years, while obtaining her federal diploma in accounting. She has been working with Dr. Maire for more than 20 years, starting in the finance department and becoming the assistant to the CFO in 2011.

After several years as an employee in the group's human resources department, she strengthened her knowledge by completing the federal certificate for human resources specialists.

In 2016, she took over the management of this department as Director of Human Resources.




Christophe GRAZIANI

Director of Finance, Billing and Insurance - CFO

Christophe Graziani started out at L'Oréal where he held the positions of Chief Accountant and then Head of Management Control for 7 years. At that time, newly listed on the stock exchange, he joined the Genolier Swiss Medical Network group and took up the challenge of setting up the financial tools necessary for its management and development, first as head of management control and then as financial director. After 7 years, he became independent and took on mandates mainly related to data (Business intelligence) in the health sector.

It is in this context and to meet his desire for challenge, that he joined our group in 2019.




Arnaud LEMERCIER

Operational Director - COO

Arnaud Lemercier graduated as a nurse in 1996. He started his career in the operating room and then turned to the pharmaceutical industry. He worked as a nurse consultant and sales engineer at Baxter International. In 2004, he joined Medacta International SA, a Swiss company specialized in orthopedic implants. Thanks to his skills in sales, management and training, he joined the Swiss subsidiary where he worked for 15 years as Sales Ortopaedics, Deputy Director and Area Sales Manager.

His background and experience within these different companies in the medical sector have led him to take responsibility for the planning and organization of our group's hospitals.




Eric PLANAVERGNE

Director of Purchasing - CSCO

After training as an office automation and computer management technician, supplemented by training as a buyer in Paris, Eric Planavergne then became interested in the medical field by completing his training with a nursing assistant diploma and various specializations that enabled him to work in the operating room for 15 years. The synergy of these two fields of training naturally led him to the purchasing department in the health sector before starting a commercial career in 2005.

He joined the Swiss subsidiary of Medacta International SA as Sales Representative Orthopedics in 2012. His skills and his interest in sales have made him a successful career in this company specialized in orthopedic implants, where he climbed the ladder during 8 years.

In the summer of 2020, he will leave his position as Area Sales Manager to join us as Purchasing Director and bring his specific knowledge to our group.




Elise RAYNAL

Director of Communication and Patient Management - CMO

With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Management from Saint Leo University in Florida since 2016, Elise Raynal joined our team as a marketing and communication manager. She then continued to develop her skills at Baruch College in New York and at CREA-INSEEC in Lausanne, which led to her Master's degree in digital marketing & communication in 2020, with a specialization in data driven strategy.

Her expertise and operational knowledge of the clinics during the last years, earned her a place in the group's management committee as Director of Communication and Patient Management.




Fabrice RAYNAL

Director of Real Estate, Security and Facility Management

Fabrice Raynal has an atypical career. After working for the French Army for 15 years, he joined Dr. Maire, founder of the Clinique CIC Suisse group, to support him in his various projects. For 18 years, he followed the evolution of the group since its creation and held several operational positions until he was given responsibility for the group's global development, from hospital planning to human resources.

With his experience in the design of clinics, Fabrice has acquired a marked expertise in the architectural and technical needs of hospitals, and now holds the position of Director of Real Estate, Security and Facility Management of the group.
